Youth Challenge Oxfordshire doesn't stop after completing the programme! 

 

Once a member of Youth Challenge Oxfordshire, you are a member for life with access to external support and a chance to help Youth Challenge Oxfordshire by encouraging new members as young leaders within the groups. 

 

Youth Challenge Oxfordshire “Graduates” are able to join the Alumni Group which offers a support network for our young people as they continue to transform their futures.  Alumni have benefitted from: 

​

• becoming Youth Challenge Oxfordshire Ambassadors or Young Leaders (trained by Oxfordshire Youth). 

• creating CVs or completing applications for education courses, apprenticeships, work experience and employment.

• facilitating interview practice or mentoring.

• encouraging contribution back to their communities through volunteering.

Youth Challenge Oxfordshire Alumni can now also complete their Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards when they become Young Leaders.
